Dustin grew up on the beaches of San Clemente, CA — raised on the surf and skateboard culture of RVCA, Quicksilver, and Vans. That same OC upbringing had him deep in his church as a teen, doing mission trips that shaped everything after: feeding and clothing the homeless on Skid Row and in Mexico City.

After high school, he joined the United States Marine Corps. Deployed with the 15th MEU in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Unified Assistance in support of tsunami relief in Banda Aceh, Indonesia and Sri Lanka.

The thread never broke. From helping a homeless disabled veteran classmate off the streets, to 13 years personally feeding and clothing the homeless in Colorado — no cameras, just showing up.

He always wanted to do this bigger. VYZN is how.
