At VYZN Apparel, we aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

All orders are processed and shipped from our U.S. warehouse.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During product launches, promotions, or high order volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment, as shipping carriers sometimes experience delays updating tracking information.

Shipping Delays

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked delivered by the shipping carrier, VYZN Apparel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your package was stolen or missing after delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is entered and the order has already shipped, VYZN Apparel cannot guarantee recovery of the package.

International Orders
